Demo Class

Free Demo Class is our Academy's culture. First we satisfy the learner then we commence regular classes. Our Professional Tutor will send you Zoom Link prior to class.

Free Demo Class will be of 40 minutes to create a liaison between tutor and student.

Student may share Curricula, Content, Learning Style and preferred Timings with Tutor.

After demo class tutor will send an Anecdotal report with SWOT Analysis to us. On the basis of which we will assess the level and monthly fee of the student.

How Tutors Can Apply

On the basis of Tutor's Anecdotal report level and fee will be decided with students or their parents or guardians.

Persona is catering students of different Time Zones. That's why tutors need to be vigilant regarding timings. Class schedule will be set with mutual understanding of student and tutor. Tutor needs to submit monthly assessment report to our portal which will be shared to students and parent.

Persona Global Academy keeps the track academic record of all the students and performance reports of the tutors.

Get Offer

Persona human resources and academic department will scrutinize your CV and credentials and select you.

After selection successful candidate will get offer letter with terms and conditions. Once candidate will accept offer letter and submit it to our human resources department.

Academic department will share student's information with selected tutor like country, curriculum, grade, subject(s), contact etc.

Demo

Successful tutor will be required to take one free demo class. Demo's purpose is to make a liaison between tutor and learners. Secondly curriculum, content and learning style of the learner can be assessed by tutor.

Free Demo will be taken for 40 minutes on Zoom. Tutor must record the class. It is mandatory to send the recorded class to us. So that our academic and human resources team can assess the level of the student.

After demo class tutor will write an Anecdotal Report to us in which we decide the level and fee of the student.

Regular
Classes

Once level and fee will be decided with students or their parents or guardians.

Tutors need to set Class Timings according to students and their own Time Zones.

Tutors need to submit monthly Assessment Report to our portal which will be shared to student and parents.

Persona Global Academy keeps the track Academic Record of all the students and Teachers Performance Report in its depository

Get Paid

Payment will be made through IBAN Master Card online Banking.

Payment will be made on monthly basis after getting feedback from students, parents, or guardians.

Feedback will comprise of punctuality, satisfactory teaching, ample content knowledge, grip on topic and courteous attitude with students and their parents.

New tuitions will be given after satisfactory feedback and stars given by the students and their parents.
